Eddie and Debbie Gant are owners of Advantage House Buyers, Inc., a Homevestor’s franchisee, and have rehabbed over 600 houses in the Houston market. This success and expertise in this area provides Jet Investor Lending, LLC the expertise to provide a successful financial product for investors in the Houston Texas market. As of June 2008 Jet Investor Lending, LLC has originated over $40 million in hard money residential loans in over 500 transactions with an average loan duration of approximately 165 days from purchase to resale. JET is known as one of the premier hard money lenders in the Houston area with a reputation of doing what we promise and closing loans at true market values.  JET will loan up to 70% of the properties ARV (after repaired value) which includes funds to reimburse investors once repairs are completed. The hard money loans are typically a 6 month interest only loans with extensions available up for to 24 months. Jet employees a full time staff of eight (8) people including a full time construction manager to assist investors with onsite consultation during the process of rehabbing properties and inspection of all construction draws before any funds are released for repair reimbursements.
